Sometimes when I am not doing my full time job, or graphic design, or woodworking, I also take some time to actually cook.. because you gotta eat don’t you? This time I made smoked pork loin, pork chops, pork ribs, and baby back ribs. It was enough food for four meals, but totally worth the time it took to make.
